Nori is a sea vegetable cultivated in screened saltwater inlets. Once harvested, it is chopped, rolled, sun-dried and toasted into crisp sheets. Seaweed is high in iodine, iron, vitamin C, antioxidants, soluble and insoluble fiber, vitamin K, and vitamin B-12.
