Bluefin Tunas are among the most important products sold at Martinez Produce and Seafood. Like all our seafood, our Bluefin Tuna is sushi- and sashimi-grade, imported weekly, and cut and  processed on-site in our warehouse. We selectively source them from fisheries in Spain and Mexico, ensuring a supply that is uncompromising in terms of quality and availability. 

 

Yellowfin Tuna from MPS has a firm texture that is similar to steak. However, it has a milder flavor profile that makes it one of our most adaptable offerings. We import our Yellowfin Tuna every week from fisheries off the South African coast. Cold-chain shipping ensures none of the quality of this flavorful fish is lost between the ocean and your kitchen.   

 

Our Salmon comes from premium farming operations in Scotland, Norway, Canada, and the Faroe Islands. With this mix of sources, we can guarantee a wide selection of fresh salmon every week.
