We've been supplying Chicago's top restaurants and specialty markets with our sushi grade seafood and fresh produce for over 15 years. So when we transitioned to making home deliveries when the pandemic hit in 2020, we weren't sure how our customers would be using our ingredients.

So we launched our first Customer Contest in January and between sashimi platters, poke bowls, grilled fish and oysters we were blown away!

It made us realize that you can create as beautiful of a dish at home as long as you had the right ingredients. So thank you to all who have participated, and we look forward to seeing what you have in store for this month's contest.

Ahi tuna tartare on a wonton crisp with chili oil and soy. Topped with black & white sesame seeds, sliced avocado, and green onion. (The quality of the tuna was/is absolutely incredible. I am so grateful that you all are selling to the public.)

Masala marinated seared tuna with sea salt and pepper

Nobu style Akami & Kanpachi sashimi with Akami tuna and Kanpachi with radish sprouts, pomegranate seed and diced ginger

Summer Seafood Platter: Lemon, butter and saffron seared scallops with white wine, shallot, anchovy, caper and lemony thyme sauce. Yellowfin tuna with ponzu sauce. Sautéed shrimp with charred lemons. Red and golden beets roasted with pearl onions, lemon infused olive oil and herb de provence. Crab claw, trout pearls and edible flowers for a taste of summer!
